Why a sprint name?
A sprint simply called “Sprint 47” feels anonymous. A fun, memorable name makes the sprint more personal, gives the team something to work toward and makes it easier to refer to sprints. It costs nothing and boosts engagement.

Tips for good sprint names
- Pick a theme that lasts a whole year, so sprints form a series.
- Keep it short and pronounceable.
- Let the team help choose — a name the team picked itself sticks better.
- Avoid a pile-up of buzzwords.
