Acceptance

By using Retrospective Lab you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for what happens under your account. Don't create an account for someone else without their permission.

Your content

Anything you put on your boards (cards, comments, names) stays yours. We don't claim any rights to it. We may remove content that breaks the law or enables abuse.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes.
• Run automated scripts that overload our platform.
• Try to access accounts or boards belonging to others.
• Bypass security controls or exploit vulnerabilities without notifying us first.

Free service

The current version is free. We don't offer an SLA and may pause or shut down the service at any time. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before shutdown so you can export your data.

Liability

Retrospective Lab is provided "as is". We do our best but make no warranties about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
